A non-refundable pet fee of $300 is required per pet, and pet rent can range from $15-$45 per month per pet. Pet rent is based on petscreening.com recommendations. Dog Breed Restriction List: Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, and Akitas.
